Delivery Problems, Lack of Communication
My order was processed but damaged through UPS and I still haven’t received any response after several emails pertaining to the order. It’s been over 3 weeks since I ordered. I don’t like the lack of communication.

Hi Mercedes, we’re sorry for your experience with UPS. Last week, when UPS informed us of the damaged package, we reached out to you via email to tell you that we can refund you or we can substitute your order. We did refund you two days ago. We didn’t refund you sooner because we didn’t receive a response from you whether on or not you wanted to cancel or to substitute your order. Also know that UPS is not refunding us the shipping fees or cost of our water. But please rest assured we have refunded you the full amount you paid, including shipping fees and you should have received a confirmation. I can’t get my glass bottles delivered. Very sad there’s no way to ship them. Plastic’s are not an option.
