Olen koittanut nyt 3 päivän ajan ostaa paria tuotetta starcartilta mutta joka kerta tunnistautumisen jälkeen sivusto jää vaan lataamaan lopullisesti tähän ei ole mikään auttanut

Tälle toimijalle on yksikin täti liikaa.
Olin ostamassa 3,tuotetta lahjaksi hintaa 107€/ kpl. Lopullinen hinta olisi ollut 40€/ kpl lisää. En siis tilannut tuotteita.
Täytyy kyllä ihmetellä alustan kauppatapaa. Tämä siis oma kokemuksiin.

Dålig support, otroligt lång leveranstid.
Kunde inte ge besked om varför varan inte skickats efter 2 veckor eftersom de bara är en mellanhand. Jag var själv tvungen att kontakta orginalbutiken.

Todella huono palveluntarjoaja!

Surkea/olematon palvelu. Älä anna hintojen hämätä sinua! Todellisuudessa kustannukset nousee huomattavasti korkeammaksi ja mikäli joudut palauttamaan tuotteen niin tulet kärsimään; sekä henkisesti että taloudellisesti. En suosittele enkä tule koskaan käyttämään uudestaan.

Repeat customer here. I’ve ordered dog food several times. The process is always very smooth and not once have I had any issues with orders. Will keep buying in the future.

STARCART.COM on huono nettikauppa, jota kannattaa varoa, koska se on omien sanojensa mukaan "vain alusta".

Tilasin tuotteen, maksoin sen luottokortilla ja kun yli viikkoon ei kuulunut mitään aloin selvittää asiaa.

Vastauksessa sanottiin: Starcart ei ole tuotteiden myyjä, eikä osallistu tilausten lähettämiseen, niin en valitettavasti osaa kertoa tilauksestasi tarkemmin.

Jouduin itse kyselemään tuotteen toimittajalta, milloin tuote mahdollisesti olisi tulossa.

Jag vill returnera en alldeles nyinköpt TV, som inte fungerar tillfredsställande. Men jag har svårt att få kontakt med Starcart för att få en returfraktsedel skickad till mig.

I made an order 8 days ago but still haven’t received any confirmation from the company that is suppose to deliver my product from Starcart. I sent an email to Starcart asking about it several days ago but still haven’t received any response. I’m glad that I chose to pay by invoice.

Perfekt att handla här om man gillar extra långa leveranstider. Nästan 14dagar för att skicka en klocka. Perfekt

Bulkkaa muiden tuotteita...ei vastuuta tuotteista....sotkee tilaus ketjun jolloin palautuksien kanssa ongelmia.

Tilasin joululahjan tätä kautta. Jouduin perumaan oston, kun ei ehtisi jouluksi. Rahat palautui seuraavana päivänä tilille. Loistava palvelu !

Ikävä kirjoittaa negatiivinen arvostelu ilmeisesti suomalaisesta firmasta, mutta jos toimii täysin heidän ohjeidensa mukaisesti eikä saa viallisesta tuotteesta edes rahojaan takaisin niin saisivat yrittäjät ja johto katsoa peiliin prosesseja kehitellessään.

Todella, todella heikko asiakaskokemus. En voi oikein muuta kuin suositella välttämään asiointia.

The company is registered in Finland. However, it is not the final seller of the product. In my case, the price was €15 lower than a seller based in Finland (for a total product cost of around €400). Is saving €15 worth not knowing how to handle potential product issues or whom to contact for warranty cases?

I also find this arrangement unclear—could the warranty obligations differ from those mandated by Finnish law in this case? Moreover, the initial delivery time was stated as 8 days, but the delivery was not completed within this period. The product arrived later, with the delivery taking 9 days in total. The normal delivery time in Finland is 1–3 days. Is saving €15 worth this delay?

On the last day, I tried contacting the support team at starcart.com. They have no phone numbers available for contact. There are no contact details on Google Maps either (and there’s no option to leave a review on Maps—doesn’t that tell you something?). As a result, the only way to communicate with the company is via email. In my case, I received a response three days later, by which time I had already received the product. Is saving €15 worth this inconvenience? Decide for yourself.

Considering all these difficulties, I would prefer another company.

VARNING!
Beställde kattfoder via Startcart (leverans från zooplus) med fakturabetalning. 5 min senare fick jag mail om att beställningen misslyckades (gissar att zooplus inte ville sälja det det aktuella priset…) Nästa dag tar detta ytterst OSERIÖSA företag kreditupplysning på mig trots att de inte kan fullfölja sitt åtagande och leverera någon vara.

Ihan sattumalta tämä palvelu osui vastaan, joten täytyi googletella taustoja. Luotettava firma, joten kaikki kunnossa ja tilausta kehiin. Kaikki toimii mainiosti.

Found the site by random. Saw that I can order cheaper from here and with finance so I get the item first and pay after I got it. Item arrived and so did the bill, everything ok and I saved money. I ordered a computer psu.

Super smooth process throughout!

Found the needed product with one search, price was cheaper than what other websites offered and the actual purchase went smoothly providing several payment methods. Right after ordering I received an informative email from Starcart explaining the process and their role in it. I also received all the emails from the actual seller regarding the delivery etc. A few days later the product arrived. All in all - quick & easy purchase, definitely using it again!

Everything worked as it was described before making the purchase.

I ordered, received confirmation from the seller and intermediary (starcart), got a tracking code for the delivery, got updates and eventually received the package.

The contents were unharmed in transit and matched those in my order, so all good.

After this I checked that the invoice from seller was paid (by starcart, not me), so I paid the intermediary's invoice.

This was a new experience using the intermediary, so I was quite cautious - however, possibility to pay after receiving the goods encouraged me to submit and order.
