Helpfully with auction property sale
I sold my property through modern method auction and had to vacate my property in 8 weeks from draft contract.1 week later I found a suitable property but was worried that the two would not complete on the same day.
Sonia at Staploe Solicitors worked efficiently and managed to tie the two together to complete on the same day.
This saved me a lot of money as I did not need to pay for storage or rent. I would highly recommend the conveyancing service from Staploe Solicitors 😊

I have known Tom Jackson for many years and he has advised me on many occasions, particularly in issues of overseas residency, dispute resolution, employment, wills, contracts and legal advice generally.
