even thought one on the machines kept stopping and resetting the technician didn't lose it and that was helpful enough i am a veteran with ptsd and her staying calm helped me stay calm

The staff was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and really seemed to like their job. All the staff that I encountered were smiling and very personable. There was no pressure to purchase a certain frame they showed me many options and were very patient with me while I decided. They all deserve a raise. I will definitely recommend this business to others.

I was in desperate need of glasses and this location made me a pair in less than 45 minutes! The managers experience and Customer Service was so far above and beyond, she was excellent! I can’t say enough good things about her and her staff!

Staff was knowledgeable and kind. Was a bit pricey, but I know they dont have control over that. Overall the experience was quick and easy given the circumstances of my prescription and I appreciate them looking at all the different options for me to lower the price to meet me in the middle.

A Business that makes mistakes right!!!
Ordered two pair and Zane was very helpful getting the amount to something I was comfortable with...The exam is the same one I have had at any Optometrist I have gone to. The only difference is the results are downloaded to the Dr. and he then writes the script....When I went to pick them up I was informed I had been misquoted on the transition fee and it was $160.00 more! I asked for the Manager and she went out of her way to get this extra fee reversed since it was a store error...Everyone was very interested in helping make the error right (which they did)..Anyone can make a mistake so I will definetly use Stanton again...Hope this review helps you.
