Two days after getting my eyes examined, I ended up with what I thought was a stye. Its been 6 weeks later and I am still dealing with an eye infection!
Went to get my glasses when they came in and the lens was cracked trying to resize the frame. After another couple of weeks, i went to get my glasses and the frames were still too large. I was told they couldn't be resized. They ended up popping the lens out of the pair I paid for and putting them into a matching frame that was on display. No offer of a discount for using the display frames! After what I've experienced, I will not be back. I feel like I wasted money and my eye is still problematic.

The eye exam went fine with the doctor. The lady working there in person was rude. I had questions and she just glossed over them. I said I didnt want something that was optional and cost more. I felt it was unneeded, but she got snarky as soon as I spoke. Then after the exam, the lady assisting with the glasses kept trying to rush me. She would continuly ask if I was done looking as I was actively trying on pairs. When it came time to pay, she threw a bunch of extras on the bill that I never asked for on my glasses. When I said no and to remove them, she became rude and kept asking why not. She kept trying to push extras even after I said no. She was hositale the entire transaction. This is not my first or even second time using this location, but this time was uncharacteristic of the previous interactions.

I'm rating your business 4 stars for now. My initial experience was very good, up front, and comfortable. I did purchase 2 pairs of glasses with the current deal. I picked up both pair and wore 1 of them home. Within 45 minutes, the lenses fell out of them. Brought them back the next day. Your employees fixed them and upgraded 1 of the pairs bc the other lenses weren't in stock.
If these glasses hold up, I'll change the rating to 5 stars.

I was promised a free eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $79 instead I was charged extra for the use of two erroneous machines, which I was not told I could opt out of, and charged $150 for the eye exam alone at which point I felt trapped into purchasing glasses just to save money on my very expensive eye exam. I was not happy at all and would like a refund of the charges for the use of the two extra machines

Everyone is kind and professional, My new glasses are Great!!
Went in for a eye exam and to get new glasses. Staff was very friendly and made feel at home. Ended up exceeding my expectations and was able to get bifocal contacts. Had one issue and they quickly resolved it. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
You're better off going to Walmart.
This place is a venture-capital-backed firm with salespeople pretending to be trained opticians (which they aren't), targeting individuals with lack of healthcare access (my insurance straight up wouldn't take them and WARNED me not to work with them), they care about profit margins, there are zero name brands of frames, everything is Chinese dupes and they upsell the shit out of coating for the lenses. $1,019 in "services rendered" to end up waiting hours of my life between the horrible business practices which any rudimentary google search would warn you against.
I went on Saturday 4/4/26:
1. Telehealth - ask that the salesperson-masquerading-as-a-technician to physically stand in the room with you because the prescription I got was WRONG due to the individual halfway across the world not hearing my objections.
Language barrier, bandwidth speed, headset faulty whatever the reason is the man on the other side of the screen did not understand me.
2. Getting called about orders that are incomplete. My contacts came in a few days later, great! It took me until the Saturday following my first visit to come in (7 days from original visit).
Except my trial pair hadn't come in, huh, shouldn't that have been checked before i drove across town? "Please give us til tuesday then you can open your contacts." Okay fine. I'll wait. Wife's contacts work great.
3. Today, Monday. The rest of your order is in, great. Except your trial pair never made it and only 2 of the 4 pairs of glasses you ordered are in. Shouldn't have SOMEONE CHECKED THAT before CALLING me AGAIN???
4. I try on my glasses, today, immediate confirmation its the wrong prescription. My right eye is worse than my left. My Telehealth examiner did not hear me tell him "MY RIGHT EYE ISN'T AS SHARP!" multiple times over.
Avoid. The salespeople did what they could. I imagine they have to hear it everyday based on how poorly run the place is for basic order fulfillment.
