I had to get re-examined and everyone was very helpful and kind. They did not get upset I had to get a different prescription. It was a nice experience.

Literally nice people super helpful. Been a customer for years and still am.

I recently had an eye exam and ordered two pair of progressive lens eyeglasses. Upon receiving them, I found that I was unable to see close-up clearly through one lens. I returned to the store with that pair and explained my problem. After checking the prescription the employee offered to order new glasses, which was done. She also offered me the pair of glasses I was unable to see clearly through. I appreciated that as I can still wear them while doing yard work to prevent damage to the pair I am able to see clearly with.

The young lady never wiped down amy equipment before having me rest my chin and forehead. Also wasn't greeted or anything. Most of all, it i knew it was. Virtual exam. I wouldn't even choose Stanton. I expected a in-person exam. I will never recommend Stanton and will not be coming back.

Most recently was mixed. The guy (don’t remember his name) was very helpful really nice. How ever picking up the new glasses was some shorts girl with glasses was pretty rude, to the point were I just grabbed the glasses and left right away

I don’t like the fact there is not an actual doctor performing the eye exam. Also the notification system is flawed. I received notification that my order was ready for pick up just to drive 30 mins to the store and my order wasn’t there. The person working couldn’t tell me where my order was or how much longer it would be. As much as glasses and contacts cost the orders should definitely have tracking numbers.

I need to schedule an appointment with an actual eye dr. as my perscription is Not working as well as my previous perscription.

Margaret, Heaven, and there was another young lady there. I'm not sure of her name. They were all nice very respectful and engaging in me the customer.

This was by far the best eyeglass place I’ve ever been to. I forgot the young woman’s name but she was very awesome great customer service.

After surgery for a detached retina, I went in to get a pair made quickly, in late Jan, and was out the door with a single lens pair about 35 minutes later. Thank you, Hevyn. Great service!
So pleased with the service, I wanted a backup pair (I need them for driving), so I went in again and ordered another identical pair, as well as a pair of sunglasses with the prescription. Had both pairs in hand soon thereafter, and again very pleased with the service from Margaret. Working with my insurance and everything. Everyone I dealt with in the store was very polite, pleasant, and professional. Once my other eye from surgery is fully healed, I will definitely return for a few more pairs. Dealt with another retailer in the past, and the difference was amazing. I have already spread the word of my positive experience at Stanton Optical in West Allis. Thanks again to everyone there, you are doing a great job!

The girl that greeted me at the door was a little short with me but the rest of the service was great and pleasant. Started with a bad impression but finished strong!

I was uncomfortable with the eye test being virtual & there was no letting me know until I was in the chair. That should.be upfront when making the appointment. The extras are way too expensive too.
