I was very satisfied with the eye exam and selection for new frames. I was told to expect two weeks lead-time for the order. I received the glasses in just over one week.

Horrible service
Horrible service. You send a message that my prescription eyeglasses were ready for pick. I show up and find out that you cannot give me my eyeglasses because you don't have a registered spectacle lens dispenser on staff during your business hours. You withheld my prescription eyeglasses and had me take off work early, waste my time. Be assured that a complaint and case has been file against your company with the California Board of Optometry.

I was able to get an appointment within…
I was able to get an appointment within 15 mins and the staff was really friendly. They even got one of my glasses within a few hours. I would recommend them for glasses.

Quick, easy friendly service with good prices
Came in with an appointment, so no wait. Great efficient experience with friendly service and no upselling pressure. Crystal, Angela & Jose were very friendly & helpful. Good selection of frame colors and styles. Would definitely recommend to family or friends who need some new glasses or contacts. English or Spanish speaking as well.
