I am very pleased with my experience at Stanton Optical. At first I was surprised that the person giving me my eye exam was not in the room with me, but very quickly, I was comfortable with the new high tech way of handling it. I learned later that there are optometrists that are physically there to administer eye exams, it just depends on the schedule. Either way it was fine, and the optician that assisted me was great. She helped me locate frames that were very similar to the ones I was picking out, but had a more friendly price range. She also made sure I was getting the best deal all around, with a buy one get one on my frames and even a discount on a third pair of frames.

Kimberly was very friendly welcome us in made me feel comfortable with the eye exam she even took her time to help find the right kind of glasses to fit my face well even tho we went thru half the shelf but we found the right one

Fast and convenient

My glasses have the correct vision, which is a huge relief! The two young ladies that worked with me were gracious and patient and helpful!!

I little unorganized, short handed, was not told I wouldn’t actually see a physical doctor . No one actually helped fit the glasses to my face and asked me if I see ok through them and I hadn’t even put them on yet.

The staff was very friendly. The person doing my exam explained every step of the test to me as we went along, no sudden surprises.

Eye exam was great a little different since it was virtual, the girls there were amazing with helping me pick out frames and being patient with me as I was taking forever to find the right frames. Was also going through some personal issues and they were the sweetest!I love my new frames and I feel like I can see in 4k now! Will recommend everyone there!

Great selection of eyewear to choose freely m. Customer service on day of appointment was good not so great when eyewear arrived. Received a phone call and rep asked fur Windy( me) I asked whom was I speaking to. Rep again asked is this Windy? Glasses are ready for pickup we open at 9am. Thank you. No chance for me to respond.

The ladies there was nice witch is why there getting only 1 star . The doctor you see is virtually did not like that ! Almost 700 dollars for 1part of glasses very expensive!! They up sale you extra crap pertaining to lens scratch resistant etc saying that’s what the doctor recommended doctor didn’t tell me that ! Then after getting them I can see better with my old glass more than the new ones so I pissed away 700 for nothing and my husband bought two par out around $1500 we WILL NOT BE BACK

From the minute we walked in we were met with a smile and she was very helpful. This was the very first time to get my eyes checked. She informed me each step of the way. She was very upfront and honest all the way.

Have a regular doctor!

I’ve never had an eye exam with a virtual doctor. That was interesting. I found a pair of glasses that I’m very happy with.

Great service and really awesome people

I did not appreciate not knowing a Dr. would not be doing my exam until I was seated in the exam chair. I did not like a person on video doing the exam. I had questions I would have liked to ask an actual eye Dr.

Second my glasses are not correct. I have worn bifocals for 10+ years and never had an issue. The reading glass portion of the glasses is not usable. I am not sure if the reading glass portion is too small of an area or the incorrect prescription. I have to take my glasses off to read anything. I had this exam along with 2 other family members and we all have the same issue. This leads me to believe the bifocal area was measured incorrectly.

We will not be returning to this company in the future.
