What made my experience at Stanton Optical is the personal!!! My person named Crystal was very nice and helped me choose the right glasses. Definitely will come back!!!
Still test 2nd pair for placement of line (reading section). Employee said "Just get used to it" Employee never checked fit of new glasses. Had no spare cleaning cloths.
Crystal made our experience wonderful! She was helpful as soon as we walked in the door! Had so much information and great with knowledge.

The communication with the provider was…
The communication with the provider was not easy, I tried to tell her multiple times there was something on the lens that was preventing me from being able to see clearly, and she didn't understand and kept trying to continue on. I finally poked my head into the hole and had to call somebody in to look through the glass and see that there was something wrong. They then had to move me to a completely different room and restart the exam from the beginning. Even though I had an appointment, I ended up being there for almost 2 hours just for the vision exam.

Crystal was amazing
Crystal was amazing and so very helpful! The selection was vast and appreciate that. My only suggestion would be to not have doubles and triples of the same style frame because it gets confusing when you start trying them on ! You pick up a pair to try and then find another to try and then realize they are the same! And the pricing was great compared to so many other places. I have my new glasses now and I love them!
