Jesse went above and beyond to make my experience worth staying. I purchased a pair of frames that kept breaking in the exact same spot. I was getting frustrated having to keep getting another pair. Great costumer service.

Amazing and kind staff
The staff at this location were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were polite as soon as I arrived and quickly brought me back for my appointment. They explained everything clearly and were very patient, which I truly appreciated since it had been a long time since my last eye exam.

My primary doctor said this was a reputable company and Amy is the best. I was measured for glasses with only wanting a small bifocal at bottom. I have gone TWICE and still no glasses. The bifocal was worse and I’m still waiting. Totally unprofessional!

Rude and wrong prescription
The lady on the televisit was rude, had a thick accent that I couldn't understand, she flipped through the lenses too fast and got annoyed when I asked her to slow down. I never got to any lense that was perfectly clear and she just cut it off and finished the appointment. I got my trial pair of contacts 4 days later and they are BLURY! After paying $200 for a crappy televisit, I expect perfect vision, not a wrong prescription.
