I was cncerned about my new glasses
I was concerned about my new glasses, and went in to see if there was anything wrong with them. Your stafff member was very kind and sympathetic. She reccommended that I have the inhouse optometrist examine my eyes. They did and found that my optometist had made a mistake. They corrected my glasses at no extra cost, other than the examination, Throughout the process, all of your staff were helpful, particularly Maryam. (I hope I have the right name.)

I went with the intention of receiving two pair progressive len with eye insurance was told all needed to pay was my copay and had 130.00 for frames pick frames for 39.00 but paid 265.00 for one pair not two will go there again.

My phone number was wrong after I had corrected it. I ordered polarized sunglasses and they sent transitions. I tried to tell them there was something wrong with my right lens on my regular glasses and was told to wear them for a while and get used to them.

Well upon getting to pick up my prescription glasses and sunshades one of the employees asked me to try on my glasses and shades and make sure they fit comfortable. I told the employee that my shades were a little loose so he took them and tried to tighten them up and broke the frame by the earpiece. Now I didn’t mind this until he came back about 10 minutes later and said they don’t have them in stock, they also discontinued them off the website so if have to get another pair which is ok by me but the simple point that they discontinued them not even a week after I get them and then break them.

I had a great experience! This was my first eye doctors appointment and they were very patient with me. They not only explained everything well but when I couldn’t stay at one appointment they accommodated me to make sure I can come in later!
