New info to me: When I asked about a current savings…

When I asked about a current savings offer I received by e-mail, the employee did not know about it. But she was diligent in finding a way to give me a significant discount, for which I was grateful. She also explained the different types of lenses I could receive with progressive lens.
I was surprised to be asked for my medical insurance cards for the discount. I have gone to Stanton for years and that was a new request.

No Technician on the weekends

Received text and email that my sunglasses were in. Drove all the way into town and was told I could not pick them up as a technician needed to fit me. They don't work the weekends. WHY would you not tell the customer that?

Great experience for my first time

This was my first time coming to any Stanton optical and the whole entire process was so easy and seamless. I was in desperate need of glasses because I did not have any and needed them right away. It is not always guaranteed that you will receive your glasses right away it depends on your prescription. At first I was told that I would have to wait up to two weeks which was so sad to hear but the front desk rep(cannot remember her name unfortunately) look into what she could do to at least get one pair made since I was getting two and she made it happen. I was able to come back 30 minutes later with a new pair of glasses which made me happy because cause that meant I could see again. This is a great option if you have no insurance but are willing to pay cash. My overall experience was great.

My experience!!!!

The virtual thecnithian is not an efficient thechnic and the employees lack customer service skills. Stanton Optical would be my last choice for eye examination and glasses until they improve. Corporate there is always room for improvement.

The first time I went my prescription…

The first time I went my prescription had drastically changed. I received the testers and could not see. The lenses were blurry. After my order came in I went back to tell them that it wasn't working for me. They were polite and scheduled a retest. When I received the new prescription it was much closer to my prescription from 2021 and not the one from 2 weeks earlier. I was told that I would be notified when my order was in. I did not receive any notification. I went in to see if my order arrived and was told that it had. The associate emptied the box searching for my order. After going through every item, she looks on the shelf and there is my order but no testers. I was then told that they will mail the testers to me. Each experience was unorganized. There is one associate who had great customer service and was apologetic for all the problems. Other than the one associate, the other 2 associates lacked any consideration for my time or money. They were unorganized and unaware of promotions advertised in the waiting room.
