Sometimes you Don't get what you pay for.
The eye exam and ordering the glasses was great. The problem was the glasses did not have the colored lenses when they were picked up. They were even sent back once to the lab because the lenses were not colored once before. It was not noticed by any of the staff at the lab or the store. No follow through.

The first person to do my eye exam did…
The first person to do my eye exam did not know what they were doing. By the end of the exam, I couldn't see anything but a blurry white box, and then she said, "Ok, all done." Luckily, I told the person who I think was the manager, and she got it all sorted out. I was there for 2 hours. My review is a 3 because of her, otherwise it would have been the lowest possible.

they are a pricey optical establishment…
they are a pricey optical establishment and I didn't get a cleaning rag for my glasses I think for the price that you pay what is it to give you a cleaning rag and some cleaning spray $3 for spending $400.l would not say l'm I ask 4 to much just appreciation this is my second visit in 2 years and third pair of glasses$850.

In office optician, or ophthalmologist, maybe 2 or 3 times per week, more front desk staff so no one is waiting, keep files on clients for 2 years instead of one, don't like to enter information every year. make minor adjustments to eyewear in office such as tightening, colorful eye cases instead of the beige ones. No passing off clients to other staff it causes confusion, when you suppose to be working with that particular customer , to make that sale. Just ideas 💡 , Glasses should be placed in
alphabetical slots as soon as they arrive not in bend that you dig through could damage glasses. Overall had a good experience!

Friendly and helpful staff! Immediate last minute appointments available.. Found an astigmatism that was causing my 11 year old daily headaches! Gave us the best rates for my kiddos first pair of glasses.. Great experience
