El servicio al cliente es excelente y hay personas bilingues. Sin embargo, no recomiendo este lugar por las siguientes razones: la prescripción que me dieron no es correcta, no puedo ver de lejos, veo borroso, creo que el examen de visión que utilizan no es efectivo ya que interfiere con el recall. Osea son las mismas letras todo el tiempo, así que las repites por recall no necesariamente porque las ves correctamente. Le informe al técnico, pero no tomaron la información que le di en consideración. Segundo no hay optometras lo que hay son técnicos. Otra razón, el lugar tiene las mayoría de los espejuelos de mala calidad, por lo que tuve que comprar unos de diseñador que no fue totalmente cubierto por el plan y me tocó pagar extra unos $240.00 aproximadamente. Mi plan medico es uno de los mejores y nunca habia pagado extra, primera vez que pago tanto por unos espejuelos porque no habían opciones económicas que fueran de calidad. Por último, se inventaron que no podían poner el efecto de las gafas, cuando el plan medico lo incluye gratis en la mayoría de otros lugares, Visionwork, Eyemart... esta es la primera vez que una compañía decide por sus pantalones no incluir los efectos de gafas e inventarse una excusa.
