I can finally see good, I went to 2 different places and paid a lot of money and you guys are the greatest

Was seen an hour after my scheduled appointment, same thing happened two weeks prior , I don’t see the point of scheduling an appointment if I’m not going to be seen at the appointment time.

I enjoyed the visit Trixie was a very happy and knowledgeable sales person I ordered 2 pair and I will use stanton again in the future. Thank you

Nice and very good jobs and great customer service

I went to pick up one pair of three on order. There was one person helping the whole front area, while others went in and out of doors in the back. There was no fitting or adjusting. She just gave me the glasses and left me on my own to make adjustments. The lenses are great but the frames keep falling off.

The actual experience was wonderful. The problem I had was, while I made an appointment and arrived on time, I was told it would be a two hour wait! What? Turned into a cancelation and reschedule. 😕

The staff was friendly and exams efficient. There is a wide selection of frames and a good price range too. We were very satisfied with our experience and will definitely go back.

They did not get my glasses right.. have to wait for a real doctor next month now..
Staff is excellent and very kind.
I did not like the eye exam that you get with a "virtual person on a screen" the room was lit by computer screen was lit to the right of when the room should be dark. If I'm gonna pay over $300 for glasses why can't you have a real human being in the room doing your eye exam.

I do feel that your two for a lower price than one offers are a bit of a rip-off. Your price for two is reasonable but I really only need one set of glasses. I would be happy to pay a little more half of the two unit price for what I need

Morgan made me feel welcome when I walked in & helped me decide on frames. She is very knowledgeable about the lens options but does not push any decision. I got 2 pair of glasses last year & she was very helpful then, also. My glasses arrived yesterday & I love them. The lab in TX did a great job. Again, Morgan is an outstanding employee!

Staff person was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time helping me out, even though the store was packed with people.

They say you get a free eye exam when you purchase glasses but they don’t specify that it’s for a future exam which hooks you for another year 😣

Mareena was very sweet with me. She had a soothing calm voice and I felt very welcome. Great service! As well as everyone else, they made the experience enjoyable and stress free.

I'll begin by saying that I called and was able to set up an eye exam on the same day, service was great, The staff although seemed shorthanded was great and helpful.

Morgan was very attentive and helped make the process run smoothly. I will be back.

I actually had to come to Stanton optical, because I went to a Vision Now and they were giving me the run around. Stanton gave me all my services, trials and corrections all in no more than an hour. Staff was friendly answered all my questions, and ordered my contacts with no problems.
