I thought it was ridiculous the video…
I thought it was ridiculous the video doctor put a mask on for the visit. Seemed very fast less than thoughtful. Salesperson was heavy on the upsell. Had me choose glasses then afterwards told me I chose from the wrong wall they were more expensive. When I went in to receive my glasses they didn't fit well I was told they could not put longer arms on the glasses I would just have to take a cheap repair Triumph and come back another time. Had no time to take care of my issues with the fitment then.

They screwed up my order three times. It took four visits to the store to get the order corrected as promised.

My experience with Stanton could not of been better. The wait time was very quick and they were really busy. I seen the eye specialist and he was the best Dr I've ever encountered. He explained everything in detail. I will continue to go there.

Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the input on Progressive lenses. I tried them and I love them! My frames are so cute. I get compliments all the time. Process and price was awesome.

Great Job
Getting new glasses was extremely quick and painless. Four pair of glasses were ordered and were ready for pickup right on schedule. The price was very reasonable. I've been to this store on many occasions because they do their job so well.

We had an appointment but still had to…
We had an appointment but still had to wait an hour to be helped and even then the help was minimal. We could have been a walk in and perhaps got help faster. Crazy thing was, we had our prescription so all we had to do was choose our lens/glasses. What should had been a fast process took us 3-4 hours and still had to come another day because the lens we needed wasn’t in stock. The whole process was not explained thoroughly either. Definitely going elsewhere next time.

Great customer service
I had amazing customer service in trying to find my new glasses. The girl that helped me was so positive and bubbly and was really invested in helping me with my insurance and made the whole experience wonderful.

I’m sorry, not reluctant, that I have to give this a one star rating. The 1 star comes from the fact that ultimately Stanton delivered my new eyeglass RX, minimum expectation! I was lied to, made to wait for multiple levels of approval to “make right” the lenses, made to feel that my vision was unimportant and finally insulted by offering ‘give us another chance, next time’ It was an awful experience! Local team members should have the autonomy to make it right, a grant of authority up to $1000.
