I had an amazing experience at Stanton Optical, all thanks to Madelaine. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. She took the time to explain all of my options clearly, helped me find frames that perfectly suited my style and face, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
What really stood out was her patience and knowledge—she never rushed me and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Her customer service went above and beyond, and it’s clear she truly cares about providing a great experience.
If you visit Stanton Optical, I highly recommend asking for Madelaine. She’s an absolute gem and made what could have been a routine visit feel exceptional!

No Doctor On-site for Exams
I was unaware when I made an appointment that there isn't a doctor on-site for the eye exam. It was all done by automatic machines. I ordered progressive glasses and progressive sun glasses. They made both pair of glasses 3 times after 2 different eye exams and progressive line not in the right location. But they still were not correct. I ended up going somewhere else to have a new eye exam because I knew something wasn't right. The prescription from the other doctor was used to remake both pair of glasses for the 4th time.
Now that the prescription is correct I am pleased with my vision with the glasses. I just have to return to have them adjusted as the clerk was new and struggled to properly adjust them.
In spite of the fact I had to keep going back and it took about 2 months I am happy with the glasses. They were offered at a decent price. I would just recommend to have your exam done elsewhere. Through all the mix up and although it was awkward to keep coming back, I was treated pretty well.

Very organized and prompt service
Very organized and prompt service. Got 2 pairs of progressive glasses including eye exam for 185.00. They were ready in 8 days but worth the wait.

No actual doctor there
Made an appointment, showed up, filled out the paperwork, sat down in the exam chair, and that’s when they decided to tell me that there’s no actual doctor on the premises. They let an auto refractor do the exam and then a real doctor in some remote location signs the glasses prescription. No dilation, no checking retinal health. They should have been upfront about this idiotic system. I said no thanks…do you trust your eyes to a robot? Thanks for wasting my time.

Virtual visit
The store personnel were very nice.
Shame on me for not realizing the eye exam was virtual. No doctor on site. When I asked if my eye health was good, the off site doctor did not have my scans. Sorry but I want to see a real person.
