It takes an hour to get my glasses together. Also nobody mentioned the warranty until the last day of it, but customer service doesn't have any idea of what each location allows for the warranty.

Long wait and no doctor performing exams
The wait was extremely long, we had an appointment scheduled and wasn't told that there would be a long wait. There was no actual doctor who did the exam. They said its been taking long to connect and that they will just do the exam and have the doctor sign off. The prices for the glasses were very expensive and hidden costs in the end. Never going back!

Unorganized
Bri was awesome! And everything else was extremely unorganized. I had called ahead of arriving for an appt and they confirmed with me same day exam and prescription/ glasses. Had everything been organized and smooth process — I would’ve got glasses same day. Instead, a 30 min appt was 2.5 hours bc they had all employees doing eachothers jobs… chaotically. Then at glasses pickup the following day (I called ahead to customer service to see if they were ready. And they said yes) — I show up, and the lady says “sorry I didn’t even see these glasses sitting there needed to be cut” like maam maybe you need glasses. After goofing around some more, an hour later they are done. I paid for the blue light — they don’t even have the blue light on them. But I’m done even trying. I’ll take that as a Loss and never returning.

They are such a comfortable fit compared with my old ones. The quality of the lens much better too. The pricing worked out well with their special for two pairs of glasses deal. They need to have -1 for a review. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I called to complain the person that called me back was rude also. I said I was going to tell everybody what happened. She said I didn’t need to start a smear campaign. Never again.

I was told that my glasses would ben at a certain date, I tracked them on your site showing they were there and when I ARRIVED TO GET THEM THEY WEREN'T THERE. This HAS HAPPENED TWICE and still no glasses! This my first and only time buying anything from this company!
