I was not called to let me know my contacts were in, 2 weeks went by, I called and was told through the automated system that they had been available since February 18. I live out of town, it would have been nice to know.

There was a very small issue with the delivery order for my contacts but it was quickly resolved and I was so impressed and happy about it I actually switched from the Walmart optical to your company about two years ago and I have been with y'all since and I am very happy your customer service is very courteous and understanding and they quickly resolve thank you so much

I did not like this company
I did not like this company. This was my first time using them. It took them more then a month to get ke my glasses. I got a date of when the store would receive them. But they never arrived on time. I had to keep calling them just to get an update. I would get the round around some one from the store would call you. Again i never did bad communication. I will NEVER use them again.

Highly disappointed
Highly disappointed! I wouldn’t recommend this store if you’re pressed for time. I went in on 1-25-25 for an eye exam and was giving one. I was told to pick up my glasses on 2-8-25 so I called in to see if they were ready still no glasses. Then they told me call back on 2-11-25 which is today and they would be ready. So I called today to check the status on my glasses now they won’t be ready til 2-14-25 very unprofessional
