All in all it’s okay, I think it’s rediculous a patient has to jump through hoops for you. To get my VSP benefits. First exam was supposed to be remote then they did it manually with a person which is much better, but she had to keep waiting for her to update the report from the first technician that was frustrating.

I was told my glasses were there and then they couldn’t find them so I had to come back the next day.

I really enjoyed the customer service, they made the process very smooth and the price wasn't bad at all

The employees were great and the selection of frames was very extensive.

The eye exam was great! I went next to pick out glasses, and after I paid I noticed that the employee helping me did not run my insurance. I was very disappointed and then had to submit a claim to my insurance in hopes that they reimburse us!

The staff was terrific, unfortunately my glasses weren’t, bad subscription I guess, let’s see how the next ones are. PS you lawn needs mowing and the trash outside needs picked up.

This place is an absolute disaster. We spent over $700 on glasses, and my husband never even received his. The pair I got was completely messed up. They tried to make up for it by offering extra glasses, but that clearly meant nothing because they failed to follow through on anything. Communication was poor, promises were broken, and in the end, we still have no glasses. Completely unacceptable and a total waste of money.

I went to the store and ordered my contacts five months ago.And I never had it

the in house staff were excellent. However twice with two different tele-optometrists, they did not listen to me in my responses and after two exams with Stanton, I had to go to another eye doctor to get an accurate prescription.

Fast and easy

They were kind and insightful about what I should include on my glasses. The environment was very welcoming. I had gotten a good deal for my glasses and that’s definitely one of the most important factors. Great job! I hope that everyone else interested in getting new glasses from here will be able to have the same experience.

Took 4 weeks to get my glasses. Was not explained very well on single lenses. Did not put the right prescription on the right glasses. Was told when I called the first time I would get the glasses the same day. Not untill I had all ready paid that they are going to be sent to the lab.
