The prescription doesn't seem to right i almost crashed once and my depth perception is not good. The glasses don't work in the dark unless there's light. Every thing is blurry except where there is light. I have been using reading glasses and I can see way better then th prescription glasses. It needs to be corrected or refund my money so I can go elsewhere

The wait is too long even with an…
The wait is too long even with an appointment I waited an hour in a half just to get my eyes checked and still the eye doctor on the screen gave me the wrong eye prescription.so I had to make another appointment and again the same wait time

Waited almost 3 weeks they showed up wouldn't fit in the frames the bifocals were sideways yes not happy these are my work glasses now I have whear my 500 glasses to work and I'm a welder

I have had many glasses built with…
I have had many glasses built with stanton..referred atleast 50 people towards Stanton.. these last 2 pair took 6 months and still COULDN'T get it right..Stanton should be embarrassed.. DOWN HILL..UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE..

I didnt like the lady who gave me my glasses. like she didnt believe when i told her i couldnt see as i expected with new glasses. i had to grill her for options. very dismissive

Got there for my first appt
Got there for my first appt. On time, perhaps a minute or two early. No response from anyone inside… not a “hol: on” “ just a minute” nothing.
Then they ask me “have you never been I. Before… not “have you ever been here before” and I said “no hence why I’m sitting up there”
They did my tests, etc. I never was once notified it would be a virtual apt with someone on screen before or during UNTIL I was already in the room..
I finish. Of course there is only like 20 frames to choose from in the entire store of my range I choose one women’s and one men’s closest to “my” style I can find and go on my way. They tell me we will let you know tomorrow hen they are ready… a week passes.. nothing. Until a t day that says I need to come get them… like wth.. I’m over it I want to return them and get a refund. This was the worst optical experience of my life.
