The very next day my lens popped out I drive a hour back to store to get fixed and exactly an hour after leaving they popped out again . But other then that the service lady was super nice

Don’t tell people you will get your glasses in an hour when in fact it take between 8-12 days. And your staff was unprofessional. I received a text telling me my son’s glasses were ready and when I got there they wanted to argue and tell me they were not in. Finally they looked and found his glasses. Will never go back there again

Glasses are not accurate
Glasses are not accurate. Can’t see well top of lens blurry. When I picked them up I told the associate they were blurry she said “ mine are that way to”. I thought they would improve. Waste of my insurance and money. The optometrist was very nice and staff. Seemed overworked. The center was dirty unkept carpet needs remodel. Prices high for glasses with insurance for non-designer glasses. I won’t go back. Honestly I want my money back.
