Too expensive & late arrival of frames!
The price was way more expensive then I expected to pay. The glasses took way to long to arrived then estimated date of arrival. They were supposed to arrive April 29, and didn't arrived till May 8. Completely disappointed with all aspects of this optical place.

We had an amazing experience at this optical office! The service was truly above and beyond. Christina was incredibly helpful to both me and my daughter—she took her time, gave great advice, and never made us feel rushed. She even stayed after hours just to make sure we were comfortable choosing the right frames and completely happy with our decision. That level of care and dedication is rare these days. Taking the customer money and not keeping your promise
I purchased 2 pairs of glasses for my grandson. I explained to Christine or Christina how important the glasses were to me. She promised both glasses would be ready in 2 hours. There were 3 employees working. Only 1 helping a customer. I came back in one hour she had not finished or start working on 1 pair. She said she would call me. I left again and she waited until 645pm to say they were ready 15 minutes before the store was closing. I stayed to far to make it before the store closed. She said it got busy. But I was there before everyone and you took my money and made a promise 🤔

Lucy front desk and the other Hispanic girl (who cuts the glasses and verifies your insurance) were amazing. Lucy is amazing at customer service, taking her time to see what style is best for your face and going over all the options that will best suit you. Whether it’s for reading, driving, or every day use. The other girl is super sweet and will take her time making sure the glasses fit your face fine. Love love love them. I originally went to the Pembroke location and am happy I came to the Miami lakes/hialeah one. Love them both! And will be bringing my baby to get their glasses there as well.
