I felt like the whole eye exam was rushed and also when I received my contacts I was never explained how to properly apply the contacts. Neither was I informed regarding the prices regarding the contact or the packet that you guys offer to save money while being the contacts

Can’t get them right.
Have progressive bifocals they can’t seem to get the reading in the right space. They have remade my glasses three times for both pairs. Still not as good as I would like. Have to lift my glasses up in order to read small print.

Great experience, loved the free eye exam also loved that i could bring in my own glasses to customize them, the only thing was that certain styles and lens colors we’re not available in store. My glasses also took quite a while for the pick up but it was worth the wait for the colored tint.
