Customer service was great. Everyone was very patient and let me try several different types of contacts to make sure that I was satisfied customer service like that You don’t find very often anymore. I did write a Google review. I was very pleased with service I received.

The total experience was awful. No in office doctor, not enough employees, the whole set-up is bad. Try to add on things I didn't want. Frames aren't sent out to have lenses put in, once lens are received you have to wait for employee to install lenses . Should be free.

Advertisement was false. 2 pairs of glasses for $79? I spent over $250 for 1 pair and an exam. Wait times too long. Never received notification glasses were ready to pick up. When I called to ask I was told they were ready then when I went to pick them up they couldn’t find them.

I came for new glasses and contacts lens. My measurement on my contact lens is off that I have trouble seeing. Unfortunately the guy from the store told me that I could not return the prescription contact lens I got, it’s a bummer because I paid more ghat $200 but I can’t use it.

The way I was treated, and they took care of me even though I didn't have an appointment

The staff was nice but none of them seem to know what they are doing. My prescription was wrong. And as I am getting a recheck other people are complaining about their prescription being wrong. Extremely long waits even with am appointment. I would never recommend going here.

It was a really weird experience to be honest. We just moved to their area and I needed to get my kids in for eye exams because we were dealing with two pairs of broken glasses. Stanton Optical did get them in quickly for appointments. When it came to the service though… I was not aware there wasn’t an actual eye doctor in the building. I wasn’t aware that it was a remote teledoctor flipping through the settings during the eye exam. Had I known that, I would’ve taken my kids elsewhere. Very informal. Pushed very hard to upsell lenses. Their glasses did come in a few days though. Great for when you’re in a pinch (if the results from the eye exam are accurate.) That’s just not something I’m willing to risk again.

Travis at the Mansfield location was exceptional with his knowledge and above and beyond customer service.

Debbie was amazing and patient considering she working BY HERSELF! Please give her a raise or get her some help. We are returning customers, but the wait was a bit long. Otherwise, no complaints from me.

Staff was friendly and professional. They corrected my prescription from a different eye doctor. Everything is clear and no more squinting. Order was ready in less time than stated.
