The staff was beyond friendly. The wait time was not long at all. I was out the door within 30 minutes. There's a great selection of frames of all colors. I highly recommend Stanton Optical.

No one call to follow up on the estimated date of arrival after product was shipped on the estimated date . After calling for several days. When I decided to call the customer service line,they looked into it and informed me they should be at the store.when picking up the glasses…it was like try them on ok do they fit ok your done here..

Frame tech, and manager get 5 stars, doctor get 3 stars for dilly dallying instead of updating my prescription in computer after other team members reminded him about prism in lens. Glass cases are too cheap in quality.

They took my lens and gave me someone…
They took my lens and gave me someone else lens that I paid for? I requested computer lens? They keep my other lens instead of giving me refund back for the most expensive lens that I paid for? I called for the refund and instead they gave me someone else lens … this company is a joke
