Fast and very professional.

Lemara was especially patient and customer friendly. First time visiting and purchasing eyewear with Stanton optical. Also it was cheaper without my insurance than with my insurance at other "covered" providers. Win win

Only 4 stars because I'm not sure about the virtual exam other than that we had no issues with the in store staff or pricing. Great option for anyone without vision insurance.

The representative that assist me was amazing! She was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She also was patient with me. She made sure I was happy with everything before purchasing.

A wonderful experience, my glasses work great and the customer service was wonderful, I had a hard time finding the right frames and Ms Kathy was very professional and patient with me and I got the perfect pair!

I loved their high tech process. Quick and easy, preformed by a Dr. on a television screen integrated with the optometry machine in the room. Glasses arrived in a week!

Service was fast and great..the amount I paid was great for 2 pairs..

They broke the frames I picked out putting the lenses in them. Had to get an eye exam at a second place to correct the prescription because the prescription they gave me was completely wrong. So I told them I wanted the color frame I had originally ordered since they had to order new lenses as well. Went pick my glasses up and they aren’t the correct color frame. I will never return to Stanton optical again.

I got the help I needed same day!! The experience was amazing and new. Big shout out to Kathy Keooudone for everything! Not only was she friendly, she was extremely helpful and made sure I left able to see. Thanks again Kathy!!

The service was horrible I spent money with no communication and not to mention one of the assistants were very rude

Was a horrible experience from the jump! Virtual test, requested the provider slow down at least three times and he kept speeding through! Two weeks picked up glasses could not see clearly and was told take 2-3 wks and adjust then come back. Strained myself for 2 wks went back had in -person exam only to be told they couldn’t help and send me to another provider having to pay $120 on top of what I already paid. Prescription was confirmed as completely wrong and had to go back and have them redone. Over a month and half to get a correct pair of glasses!

My experience was mixed. The employee who helped me wasn’t exactly rude, but she also wasn’t friendly or welcoming ,more so just indifferent. Customer service felt very minimal.

One issue that bothered me was the warranty explanation. I was never told that the frames already come with a free one-year warranty, which is important because the frames are usually the part that breaks first. Instead, a two-year warranty for the lenses was added and explained to me as if it covered the glasses as a whole. That felt misleading.
Another concern was the speed of the order. I was told the glasses would take 3–5 business days, but they called the same day saying they were ready. When i picked them up, I noticed there was still a layer of glue on the glasses that I had to scrape off myself. That made the glasses feel rushed and not properly finished.
Overall, the service wasn’t terrible, but the communication about warranties and the quality check before pickup could definitely be improved.

Got new lenses for the frames I already have in less than two hours. The whole process was fast, easy, and efficient and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again whenever I need new glasses.
