Nice people but too expensive
They seemed nice enough but left with a lot of sticker shock. Went in for your advertised $79 eye exam but missed the fine print if you had issues that really made you need glasses you were going to pay more than that. I will probably just go to Walmart eye center next year. As glasses were also way more expensive.

The glasses arrived early but...
The glasses arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. However, I had to wait 20 min for the tech to come out and release the glasses. Although I understand systems and processes, I suggest that you communicate a possible wait time in the text and/or give the option to make an appointment.

So starting out I was very worried because I spent a lot of time online looking at reviews and quite a bit of them were horrible. Not for this location specifically but in general. I went in with my questions making sure promotions were true and I wasn’t going to be upcharged for random things I didn’t want. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I got the promotion they had on the website without any extra stuff. Stanton optical is a great place!

New glasses needed
To look around, they requested that we make an appointment and said they would not hold appointment if we show up late. When we arrived, we had to wait. Gentleman was ok and did his job but everywhere we've been before people are always more friendly. We recently relocated so this shop is new to us. The price was expensive but gave us a "discount". Not sure I would return.

Well worth the service
I was hesitant going in with the (2) pairs for $79 offer--and I certainly spent much more than that-- but the staff, the ability to address my vision problems on the spot, and the high level of competence getting me the proper types glasses that I did desperately need made me feel completely satisfied that I what I ultimately spent was well worth the service.
