All the staff was AMAZING
All the staff was AMAZING, Paris helped us for most of the visit and he did a wonderful job. It was like doing business with a friend which made the whole thing seamless and comfortable. Everyone in there seems to enjoy their job and each other. Truly gave a local business feel.

1-My appointment was at 11:30 & didn’t…
1-My appointment was at 11:30 & didn’t get out til after 2pm. 2-I was told halfway through my appointment that all my prescriptions would be covered & that was not true, (which was fine but why say it if there was no intention of following through). 3- at the check out part , mine and my husband’s prescriptions & frames were mixed up, after we caught the mistake it took another 45 minutes to “fix” & that was not the case because when I picked them up they had the prescription in the wrong lens. & when asked witch one of the 2 pairs I preferred just incase they both weren’t ready, & they weren’t the selected “preferred”. 4-when I went back and requested a refund witch I was given, but apparently I’m waiting on a check in the mail…

Great store staff!
The staff within the store was very professional, friendly and helpful. However, the technician with which I met for my eye exam was difficult to understand and did not appear to be concerned if I understood what she was sharing. It felt like she had a limited time with me and she wanted to get it over with.
Also, one of the two pair of glasses I ordered was duplicated. When I was told to come pick them up, they had made the same pair twice. Staff member informed me that he would return one pair and get them to make it in the other frame I selected.
Overall, I would say my prescription is appropriate now that I have glasses based on that prescription.

One of the more price friendly eye exam. I need some glasses. I called around and could get an exam for 3 months out. I called them and got an appointment that day!! What a blessing.

You advertise BOGO and $79 glasses but the selection is very limited. Our glasses ended up costing us $1600 That being said we love our new glasses and are very pleased with them. It was just more costly than we anticipated
