Very professional, explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. When we experienced an issue, it was quickly and extremely professionally resolved. I would strongly recommend Stanton on San Jose to anyone in need of eyewear.

My glasses are loose on me side, tight on the other. I can see better through the glasses. My left contact barely sticks to the eye. I have worn them for full days and I can’t see with them. When driving, I cannot read any signs.

The staff 10/10 the service 10/10 my experience with them has been a blessing I cried with tears of joy when I got my glasses the gentleman made me feel like family treated me with the upmost respect and I really appreciated that. I will never forget the felling I had leaving the store felt like a burden was lifted of me they really took care of me. Im going to be a long time customer thanks guys. And see you guys soon I will back for a designer pair.

Awesome service

There is no communication from Stanton Opticals informing about the arrival of my glasses to be picked up. Absolutely poor customer service experience I received.

The glasses came on 23-Mar and I kept on calling every day from 21-Mar till 28-Mar for my glasses and I was told that it has not arrived yet.

Staff members were very professional & experienced -helpful and caring

They didn't even call to let me know my prescription had come in after I waited and waited thinking they were going to alert me I called them and it was just sitting there. After the fact, I found out there was some sort of pressure that they detected during my eye exam. But no one said anything until I had a problem with my contact lenses and had to go back in for a re-exam. That's when I found out about the pressure. If someone is looking for help and support opticably, this isn't the place.

Awesome service

My initial prescription was inaccurate, particularly for my right eye. When I raised concerns, I was told that “we don’t rely on just one eye,” which did not adequately address the issue I was experiencing. After continued complaints, I was provided a follow-up exam, during which I was informed that I might have glaucoma.

As a result, I had to spend additional time and incur extra expenses to consult with an ophthalmologist, who ultimately determined that my original prescription was incorrect. Specifically, the prescription for my right eye was only about 50% of what was actually required.

I then returned and was finally given the correct prescription. This entire process took approximately nine weeks, which reflects a significant lack of efficiency and coordination of care.

Additionally, I found it concerning that my concerns were not taken seriously from the outset. At one point, staff even looked up my LinkedIn profile to verify my professional background after I mentioned that I work in the healthcare field. This experience raises important concerns about how patient input is valued and respected.

Overall, this was a frustrating and time-consuming experience that could have been avoided with more attentive listening and thorough initial care.

The process from the beginning to the end was awesome. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

They were very respectful, yet down to business. They explained my prescription and addressed my concerns very kindly and courteously, and the fitting itself went quickly, efficiently, and was done with the utmost respect.
