There was some description about eyewear I had purchased and the attending clerk could not rectify the problem , and what I assure was the manager immediately fixed the problem. All my eyewear examinations and eyewear will be purchased at Stanton

Very nice people
Very nice people. Wanted to upgrade my glasses then they wanted to charge me extra for the lenses that were already included. I wanted to pay more and they wanted to give me less. No sense

I waited until I received my glasses…
I waited until I received my glasses before I filled out this survey and boy am I glad I did. Wasn't very impressed by exam. Dude on the screen doing test was cold and indifferent. He kept insisting I read the letters but when I explained to him that the I absolutely couldn't read them he kept telling me to at least guess but I couldn't. Telling him letters from memory that would defeat the purpose of the test. During all of this I developed a headache but he didn't care and just continued with his unprofessional technique. I didn't feel like a customer. Not much of a selection when it came to frames.
I received my glasses yesterday and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. No one bothered to clean off the adhesive from the stickers. I understand that I might need to have adjustments made but these were loose and out of shape and the rinestones on the earpiece are completely out of wack and about to come off.
Needless to say I want be sending anyone I actually care about to Stanton.
