My wife went for her eye exam and was helped promptly and courteously. She was allowed plenty of time to pick out her frames with a large selection. After making her final selection she was advised on a variety of coatings and options. A week or so later her glasses came in and we went to get them. They fit great and she looks beautiful in them!

The wait time to receive our glasses was ridiculous and several days past the estimated delivery date. The automated system continued to give inaccurate information well past the delivery date.
