Amazing Customer Service
I was especially pleased with my service. I came in on a last minute appointment and they made sure to not only accommodate my eye exam on the fly but also got me a pair of glasses same day and even stayed a little late to fit the lenses so I could walk out with glasses the evening as I'd lost mine the night before. The other pair I got were ready the following day so extremely fast! The telehealth visit was easy, well instructed, and got the same results I'd want from an in person doctor. The front desk girl with the larger squared frame glasses went above and beyond to make it a great visit and made sure I was taken care of even while juggling other difficult customers

If you actually have a concern to ask the optometrist, don't bother.
Besides the eye exam, I went with a concern. The optometrist was performing the exam virtually, completely ignored my concern, never actually let me speak to her to ask questions. It was the most unpersonal experience. Ultimately, I needed to waste money to go elsewhere so they could actually address my question. However, the customer service reps on the floor were absolutely wonderful and kind. Stanton also has great prices.

Muy mala experiencia
Muy mala experiencia , no por el trato ya q es muy bueno, pero se equivocaron cuando me hicieron el examen de la vista ,y los espejuelos de tanto aumento y graduacion me.dieron mareos y tuve q virar a la optica para q me.repitieran todo , muy decepcionada porq es algo q es muy delicado , ahora esperar 14 dias mas y yo los necesito
