After discovering Stanton Optical did not take my insurance I continued with my order, after all, my prescription wasn’t complicated and I didn’t need to take them up on their 2 pairs for $69 offer. One pair would do. After I had chosen the frames from their 2/$69 rack I headed for the fit and checkout area. The glasses and options I had chosen came to almost $500! The young lady assisting me managed to get the price down to $245 by knocking off some of the extras like progressive lens and something else I can’t remember. She was very helpful and very kind. I gave her my credit card ( I don’t think they accept payments and I certainly don’t carry that amount of cash on me. I live solely on social security.) I expected my new glasses to be ready in a day or two so was surprised when I was told 5-7 days. After a full 2 weeks I hadn’t heard back so I called them. After searching the tech said she would need to call the lab because they hadn’t been delivered. I told her I would like to cancel my order because I had been to a different company, one who accepted my insurance, and that I could manage without the extra pair. I realize these things happen and it wasn’t the tech’s fault. At this point I was offered $105 off if I would still like the glasses. I was accepted this kind offer. On Monday I received a text to say my glasses were ready for pickup. I’m wearing them as I write and I have no complaints re the glasses. I have to recommend Stanton Optical but if money is extra tight check first that they accept your insurance and check to see if they will offer you a better deal if you aren’t using their offer.

Good place to get glasses , no standing around

Everyone was pleasant and kind. I purposely scheduled a time when I expected things would be slow.
I was disappointed that they didn't my prescription. I had to go back a few days later to pick them up. Again, I picked a time when I thought it would be slow. Again, everyone was kind and pleasant.

My glasses were too expensive and on top of that I only got one pair I was under the impression that you get half off or the second pair was free .I came there because I heard that it was the best place to go for glasses boy was I disappointed when she told me that price I don't think I got a good deal I could have went anywhere

It was a great experience, they treat my son pretty well and respectful. In less than one week we got his glasses, love them. Great customer service.

Unsure if my progressive prescription is accurate for distance. Also, was a bit disappointed that no customer care was provided when I picked up my prescription glasses. Just checked if they sat on nose okay and said goodbye.

I got there at 6pm on Saturday and they were able to help me by 7pm I was walking out the door with new glasses!

I had such an outstanding experience at Stanton Optical on Woodruff Rd thanks to Manager Isabel and Bryan who assisted throughout my visit. Isabel was incredibly busy when I walked in, but she handled everything seamlessly and made every customer feel taken care of from start to finish. Her professionalism and ability to juggle multiple clients without missing a beat was truly impressive.

I came in without an appointment or even my insurance information, and she still treated me with kindness, patience, and top-tier service. Bryan was just as wonderful—so cheerful, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with.

This team goes above and beyond. Huge shoutout to Isabel and Bryan for making what could have been a stressful visit such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Outstanding work!

This is a nice location, clean, conveniently located, and the sales rep was nice enough. It was a high improvement over my visit to the Anderson location both in the clean, bright environment, and the service. I didn't wait long for assistance and the lady who helped me was really patient especially considering that I'm new to wearing glasses and I'm highly indecisive. Overall the experience was good, but the prices and fact that you only get to see and speak with the optometrist via video is what diminished the experience for me. Even with vision insurance I spent over $300 for one pair of glasses, I'm assuming because I needed progressives with the blue light lenses... but that still seems outrageous.

I got good quality glasses and I love the frames I picked. It’s a very well managed sore; the associates were friendly and the manager very nice and accommodating making sure I got what I needed.

Sarah did a wonderful job helping me get the best deal on the purchase of frames for my glasses. Notification of pick up was in good timing and picking them up was a breeze making sure I was satisfied.
