The store had a large selection of frames and offered several brands of contacts. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Exams are quick and easy offering same day appointments and walk ins.

Everything about my visit to Stanton…
Everything about my visit to Stanton optical was great except Stanton optical don't have people that are knowledgeable enough how to adjust eyeglasses. They adjust them with their hands. I've been wearing eyeglasses most of my life and I've been around many experience opticians and they were very knowledgeable about how to adjust eyeglasses on a person's face. Wearing the eyeglasses is an experience that should be comfortable, not uncomfortable and when the eyeglasses are not adjusted properly then they're very uncomfortable because you're constantly pushing them up on your face. Stanton optical don't have personnel who that are knowledgeable and experienced in how to adjust eyeglasses. That was the only down thing about my experience. I feel that a couple of the workers made little of me when I was trying to explain how to adjust my eyeglasses or how it will be comfortable for me to wear. I feel like I was just ignored and the eyeglasses was adjusted the way they thought I should wear them and I'm the one that have to wear the eyeglasses. I think Stanton optical need to hire people that are very knowledgeable and how to adjust eyeglasses because that's one of the biggest parts wearing them. Wearing the eyeglasses is an Extremely important part as well as the eye exam.

The selection of glasses isn't that great and I told them the glasses was pushing my lashes the agent there starts bending and twisting my glasses trying to rig them i will be bringing back

After the order being delayed multiple…
After the order being delayed multiple times I discovered the contacts I picked up were expired and irritated my eyes. After dealing with customer service with the first issues it wasn’t worth the headache to address yet another issue.
