When i went to pick up both pairs of…
When i went to pick up both pairs of glasses one of them was not what I ordered and the 2nd pair the prescription on the bifocal was wrong everything was blurry. The girl was extremely rude. The guy that took over was very nice refunded my money. I used Stanton in Springfield Missouri and never had issues. But I will not be back nearly 800.00 I went somewhere else and spent half that and they were very thorough and I am not waiting 2 weeks to get my glasses.

Good Experience
The staff was patient, friendly, and professional, and I was able to get help when I needed it. The building was clean, and there was a wide variety of glasses to choose from. The price was also great. No complaints.

The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! You also had some phenomenal deals! I walked out with an eye exam with a fancy new $40 add on, year supply of contacts, AND glasses with premium lens features all for around $600!

Every Client Matters
Every customer is greeted when they enter. If it's especially busy, they let you know approximately how long your wait could be.
They are very knowledgeable when it comes to finding specials or discounts that may apply to your purchase.
If you order new glasses they usually arrive 24 to 72 hours ahead of the projected date. Very fast service.

Doctor was not welcoming
Doctor was not welcoming. And we didn't have anyone help us on where to go after the exam. And frames were very limited. Not enough choices.
