Staff was great! Glasses were way more expensive than advertised! Very disappointed! Also could not get them same day! Felt like a lot of false advertising! Probably will not get glasses here again. 2 stars are purely for the staff!

The service was very good and the eyeglasses prices were reasonable.

I was greeted with a bright smile from the Sales Manager Sierra and all of my needs and wants were addressed completely 😊. I would highly recommend Stanton Optical.

The staff could do better as far as pricing , I was not told until the end that It was 800.00 dollars

Well, where do I start, set 1 - Blurry distance and reading,, set 2 - Blurry distance and reading, "it must the frames you picked out sir" ,ok set 3 new frame- Blurry distance and reading,, set 4 clear with slight blurry distance and reading,, I guess it is as good as you all can do.. taken my new frames to another provider so they can actually give me lenses I can see clear with. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS YOU STANTON EYE EVER AGAIN.
OH, Let me add the zero personal touch,, your doctors are remote through a video screen(Ridiculous) you have a severe case of micro managing your employees by having yet another individual remote through a video screen to make sure you are happy with your glasses,, Again(Ridiculous) give your employees some credit.. Employees are not the problem, its corporates take on good service , which it is not.. this place is the worst of the worst, STAT AWAY, FAR AWAY

This was my third visit to the Fort Pierce branch in two years. I bought two pairs each time, lens quality was good and in store servicet P great.

It was my 1st time ever at Straton optical in fortpierce Florida,I had a eye exam purchased 2 pairs of glasses which I love so much!!! Everyone was so very nice and helpful the young lady the fitted me for my glasses and helped me pick them out was Stephanie she went over and beyond to assist me with picking out my glasses I'm so appreciative to her and all the staff .

My glasses were ready quickly and fit perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the service . I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

Glasses had to be returned because they were not made as ordered.
Staff stated they could not be made the way I wanted, but I had the glasses with me that were made the way I wanted
So clearly, your business is not up-to-date on making glasses and not able to accommodate my prescription

Sierra made my experience top-notch! I would give 1,000 stars if I could. She greeted me with a warm, enthusiastic welcome and maintained such a positive attitude from start to finish. I watched her take care of multiple customers, including myself, while still providing excellent service to everyone. I will definitely be back because of her. she truly made my day better.

I am very please with the two pairs of reading glasses.
I received them in the mail after some delays.

Great place to get glasses and extra cute frames from. Not to expensive plus I love the frames reward program. Never going to another eyeglass company.
