I will start with the optramitist was very nice, other than that I was sitting and waiting and the music playing was a rap song using foul language, if my kid was with me I would have left, if I was alone and about to do business I would have left. Who ever is running the Faifield CA. store 1975 Weat Texas St. is completely unprofessional. I will never do business with this company again.

I had a terrible experience here
I had a terrible experience here. The staff was rude, and the exam room was in disrepair. I was originally told my glasses would be ready in an hour, but that turned into a two-week wait. To make matters worse, when I finally went to pick them up, they refused to give them to me without an appointment. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

I broke my glasses fram not the glasses sent them in to get prepared when I received my glasses back one of the eye glasses (left) was spotted ,when I gave them my glasses I didn't have a spot on the the supervisor was a little rude about the situation didn't want to cause a big disturbance over the issue ill just do business elsewhere hopefully the pair I have coming in the future which I would have never got isn't on the same condition, Lil upset my eyeglasses were spotless

Our very first visit it was confusing
Our very first visit it was confusing. We didn’t understand pricing on the glasses. We weren’t told it was a robot doctor we were misled about the pricing on the deal 2 79 that’s just false advertising.
Nobody in their right mind would pay $200 for a pair of sunglasses. I believe management should explain better to customers, so they have a better understanding where they stand with their insurance.
