I was new patient to the company and I was nervous. Eye doctor isn’t my favorite appointment to go to, but the moment I walked I was greeted with very friendly and warm smiles it made my experience there already great. I did the exam and got glasses all the staff there is WONDERFUL. Belinda helped me out with my glasses and she was delightful. I am already recommending my family to all come here. The staff was very friendly and attentive but I was given an incomplete order upon pick up and unable to process my refund until it was complete. I had to call and return to the location rather than the staff identify this themselves.

Over all experience was excellent. Valintina was awesome, I’m glad you went back to the personal touch. The one on one eye examinations is 100% better. I never liked the virtual exams, felt rushed and under pressure from the Dr. Once my exam was finished, Luis took it from there and was very helpful, sold me what I wanted with no pressure . He even had a pair of temporary glasses for, because my order was still in route. Best experience I have ever had buying glasses. Thanks

I spent over $500
I spent over $500, and they weren't very clear about the offers or what I was actually looking for. On previous occasions, I could choose the color for any frame, and the cost for the prescription lenses was different. I understand that this time I added an anti-reflective coating and a different lens material, but I was already committed to the $114 eye exam. Maybe it was because of my poor English, but I felt I was treated differently; they also made me wait until almost the very end for the exam—I noticed they took other people and skipped my turn. I also had to wait a long time when I went to pick up the glasses. I had bought two pairs: one was ready very quickly—by the next day—but the second one took a long time, not to mention the wait just to get fitted and be attended to. I won't be buying here again; I used to be a customer, but this last experience was a huge disappointment.
