Friendly staff offered excellent customer service and knowledge during my visit.

I pade full price for prescription and did not get it, me nor my kids will I be back, yall don't honor yall customers. I was spending around a thousand dollars a year there, I will take my money somewhere else. It's not even about the four hundred I spent for nothing, it's the lack of care for the customers, I notice this start from the top down.

Customer service was great, from the exam to picking up glasses.

La atención y el buen servicio, pero con respecto a unos lentes con Vidrios polarizados falto mas explicación, porque los lentes vinieron oscuros y no los quería asi, los quería normal y que cuando le pegaran los rayos del Sol se oscurecieran

Customer Service was rude, not good. Facility was not clean. Carpet on floors need cleaning and repairs.

They didn't do my classes right, They didn't put the reading prescription in my glasses.I'll leave the bifocal steps.That's what it will be called

They had soooo many frames to choose from. My daughters were excited and the exam didn’t take too long.

I went in for an eye exam under your special two pair for $79 plus exam when I got done. I ended up paying 250 and something dollars for single vision and a progressive lens so I bought a pair of glasses. I cannot use because I was informed by the individual that helped me that I will be getting a single vision lands which I thought would have the progressive lens at the bottom but no lines and come to find out it was opposite so I ended up paying another hundred and something dollars to have one pair of glasses repaired and another pair of glasses that I would never be able to use so I don’t think that it was explained to me right on the process of the lenses and The cost they will cost me over $400 to have progressive lenses put in the frames that I purchased so I paid the 139+ another hundred dollars to get one pair of glasses fixed and the other pair would cost me another $141 to get the progressive lenses in and so between the advertisement and the sales person I was not happy with The service that I got and I still had to pay to have my glasses repaired and have not received them back yet

Very helpful staff. Very friendly. The selection/styles that qualify for the $79.99 for 2 pairs of glasses were a bit outdated.

There was one guy there can’t remember his name but I was leaving because the doctor was late and he ask me jokingly if he no her in 2 min I will pay for your visit lol I loved that king of comedy.

The fact that my glasses were lost ,& now needs to be replaced. It's a inconvenience. They should overnight them to my home personally.

I lost my progressive glasses. I needed a cheap single vision glasses and the man that assisted did everything to make it possible in a day.
