They are still working on my order. The prescription was inaccurate. The lenses came back wrong. So I’m still waiting on their call back within 72 hrs. It’s been about 27 hours ago. I’m sure they can make it right. I’m somehow disappointed. We will see. Thanks.

Not a happy camper......
I ordered TWO pair of glasses and I received a message about a week or so that one pair was ready. So I drove the 30 minute drive to go get them, only to find out that one pair wasn't in yet. OK--no big deal (at least I got one of them so I can see). So about 2 weeks later, I received a text AND an email stating they were ready. So two days later, I finally had a day off and started over there and at the same time I was already on my way there, I received ANOTHER text to "not forget that my glasses were ready. I get there and they cannot find them! I don't know what is going on at this time, but they had to REORDER them. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper! So, now I have to drive all the way back over there (when OR even IF) they ever come in. Total inconvenience.

well it said $79 for two pair and free exam but they charge me for the exam and then my two pair end up being over $200 but overall everyone Morgan in there was very welcoming and polite.

Can't do their job
After waiting weeks for my sunglasses to be made I went to pick them up. When I arrived my sunglasses were made wrong. All i wanted was my clear lens replaced with no prescription sunglass lens. The clerks laughed at their mistake and I was very upset. They blamed it on "the new guy". What? Someone's mistake is not my problem. I expected sunglasses. I went to this company specifically for sunglasses and they laughed it off. I paid $150.00 for their mistake. They are having them remade. Now I have to wait weeks more for my sunglasses. I want a refund and my sunglasses.

Can't beat the price, AND the glasses are GREAT!
Went in and tried on a ton of glasses without feeling rushed. They were super friendly and took the time to explain the pricing and all the great deals they had to offer.
I will definitely keeping going back!
