Dear Stanton Optical Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Deerfield Beach location (3321 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442).
My mother purchased a pair of eyeglasses from your store, and unfortunately, the frame was not to her liking—the size appeared wider than expected. When we returned to address this concern, we expected a straightforward resolution—either an exchange or a refund—especially considering your stated 30-day return and exchange policy for frames.
However, we were met with resistance. The store manager, Mike, was not willing to assist in resolving the issue and instead appeared more focused on encouraging us to purchase an additional pair of glasses. This approach felt dismissive of our concern and did not reflect a customer-first attitude. The situation became uncomfortable and frustrating, particularly as we were simply seeking a fair resolution.
As a result of this experience, my mother and I have decided to take our business elsewhere to purchase her eyeglasses. It is disappointing that what should have been a simple exchange turned into such a negative experience.
I hope this matter is taken seriously, as customers should feel supported and treated fairly. At this time, I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation can be addressed.

He knew exactly what the adjustment needed to be and went out of his way to correct the problem. It’s obvious he loves his profession. I feel I made a friend too.

This was a wonderful experience. Alexander and Stephanie were wonderful and very helpful. The whole process from exam to receiving glasses was ridiculously quick. The exam process was amazing and efficient. I am extremely happy.

I bought glasses here 3 years ago and…
I bought glasses here 3 years ago and loved it . Then last year bought at another place and it was nothing but problems. This year I needed glasses again and came back to Stanton and everything went well. The service, staff and product quality was excellent.

2 pairs of glasses for $79??? Biggest rip off ever!! I didn't even need an eye exam and got ONE pair of glasses choosing a frame from the cheapest selection available and it cost me over $200!! Okay, they are sunglasses and I expected to pay a little more, but this is inexcusable! I was stupid not to just walk out!
