I had to go back to this location three times in order to fine out that they wrote me the wrong prescription, the person that was testing my eyes kept telling me can you see one letter , when I insisted that I could not see anything , this was the Worst eye visit that I have ever had, after visiting and optometrist and finding out that I have cataracts, when it was time for me the return the glasses that I paid 350.00 for, the Manger did not even speak to me, and she also spoke loudly across the room about my personal History(HIPPA) I would not recommend this location to anyone!

Excellent service , Extremely great team you have working at the Covington location. I was very pleased at the help and service I got. The kindness was truly a blessing. I think you have a great group of women in that office that really have a heart for what they do and the people. I would recommend to others to use them in the future.

You don’t actually get to see a doctor face to face. A virtual eye exam was very unexpected and rushed. Everyone was nice, but it seems my glasses are too strong.

Expensive and disappointing
I paid over $1200 for my glasses and exam. First time I picked them up it was the wrong prescription. Went back for another exam, reordered glasses and contacts. Again they came back and were wrong! I feel I should at least get a partial refund for this.
There is no optometrist in the office, its just people in a call center from India on a monitor. I will not be going back after my glasses come back in, again.
