The girls I worked with were very patient, kind and helpful. Easy to work with! Received my new glasses in about 1 week, which I thought was reasonable. Happy with my new glasses.

Glasses were wrong the first time but thank you for fixing that for free . But over all I was happy with both pairs thank you ☺️☺️

Misunderstanding but you accommodated me quickly

The people were great. Jr especially did a great job at getting our exam done.
I'm pleased with having my glasses same day, unfortunately there's a tiny hair size scratch on the lens. I would like to see if someone can look at it and maybe fix it.

First the associates do not tell you the glasses you picked are not the 2 for $79 as advertised and single vision glasses are not ready the same day, it’s 2 weeks. Once glasses were ready the prescription was not correct I could not see, scheduled another eye exam that came up different than the first one. How can your eyes change in 2 weeks! Virtual exams are a joke and inaccurate. Second time still could not see advised to go to outside Dr out of my pocket and bring Stanton the prescription and they would make the glasses for free! Not Free to me when I have to pay an outside professional Dr! Then told to wear them a week to have my eyes adjust to the glasses. As I was waiting 2 hours for my corrected glasses another customer came in said she could not see with the new glasses like there was no prescription and told to try them a week or so! Unbelievable how you toy around with peoples sight and then suggest to go to a professional!! Asked for refund but told no the $79 was the eye exam I received. In that case I should get it back when it is different in a 2 week span! By the way a different virtual representative did the exam. Will also report to BBB. This should not be allowed! Go to a professional optometrist or ophthalmologist not a virtual foreign person who only puts a chart in front of you and asks you which one is clearer!

The appointment took 4 hours, and the glasses were more expensive than advertised. However, the associates were extremely helpful and nice. They did a wonderful job.

I am writing to formally protest the deceptive "bait and switch" tactics encountered during my recent visit, where a total lack of advertised inventory resulted in an final cost four times the promoted price. This gross lack of transparency and integrity is entirely unacceptable, and I am determined to secure a formal resolution for this egregious overcharge.

Jr was amazing with the help selecting the correct frames.

I've been going to a "fancy" eye clinic for a few years. They never did anything wrong, to be sure, but o ea amazed how quickly Stanton can turn around glasses and how right they got them. They worked with me beyond just the regular eye exam to make sure the pair I wa ordering was exactly what I wanted.
And the prices are shockingly good, not to mention the "frame club" that allows you to get half off lenses and free frames.

Love how quick and easy it is to get an appointment. Everyone is super friendly, this is definitely our go to place! New glasses needed adjusting and they adjusted them quickly and helped my mom get new glasses as well.
