Dear Stanton Optical Team,
I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your College Station location.
Before purchasing, I visited the store twice on separate occasions specifically to confirm whether there would be any additional charges beyond the advertised $79 promotion for the eye exam and two pairs of glasses. I was clearly told both times that if I selected frames with blue labels, there would be no extra fees.
However, after completing the eye exam and selecting my frames based on that information, I was unexpectedly informed at checkout that there would be additional charges. This was very disappointing because I made my decisions based on the information provided by your staff beforehand.
The issue was not simply the extra cost itself, but the inconsistency and misleading communication. As a customer, I expected transparent pricing and accurate information before proceeding with the exam and purchase.
I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future customers and prevents similar experiences.

I can't see out of the pair I received. Order #142211968. I thought my eyes would adjust to the new prescription; they have not. I am very frustrated.

WE WENT IN AND THEY CHANGED OUT THE BROKEN FRAMES WITH THE SAME ONES AND WE WERE IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN THIRTY MINS!! THANKS FOR THE SPEEDY HELP!

I recent orded a pair of glasses for my son.. and was so great . Fast , kind and really helpfull

Was in a pinch and this was the only optical provider I could find with walk-in service.

They are understaffed, and I wasted nearly 2 hours waiting just to pay for frames... It was maybe 3 or 4 people in que... Finally got my glasses a week later and they are literally falling apart.

Was promised a replacement and it's been 3 weeks!? I should have gone to Walmart. Or literally anywhere else.

My experience with Stanton Optical was quick and easy. I went in for 2 eye exams. Got both done same day and also got my glasses and contacts same day as well! Great experience.

I wasn't informed that my your store was out of network until I was finished with my exam. Also the glasses selection is terrible. Awful.

It was a great experience. They were really helpful with getting my glasses and after finding out that my insurance could get me a second pair on them.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent orders.

I initially ordered a pair of sunglasses and was notified on two separate occasions that they were ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at the store both times, I was informed that the sunglasses were cracked and not usable. I was not notified of these issues in advance, which resulted in unnecessary trips and inconvenience.
It has now been over a month, and I still have not received the sunglasses I ordered. Additionally, the original pair of glasses I purchased does not seem to be correct, which has further added to my frustration with this experience.

I was also told that a manager would be contacting me to address these issues, but I have not received any follow-up communication.

Given the repeated issues, lack of communication, and the extended delay without resolution, I am requesting a full refund for all services and products I have received.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a timely resolution. Please let me know the next steps to process this refund.
