No exam. Just glasses. Associate that helped us was GREAT. The breakdown was in communication when the glasses were ready and then when it was questioned, was given excuses that I knew wasn’t true. Had there been communication I wouldn’t have gotten upset. Unfortunately I can’t get completely in to why because they would know who it was.

The sunglasses that you made for me
The sunglasses that you made for me, the lenses were supposed to be polarized and they were not so I went back. You sent them back to be repaired now two weeks later after waiting four weeks now for the glasses gentleman just called me and told me that they’re too big they gotta be sent back again. This is totally unsatisfactory. Someone needs to call me.

Dajour and Sammy were amazing
Dajour and Sammy were amazing! Got me a new eye exam and were beyond helpful when helping me pick out a pair of glasses. Almost an hour later I walked out able to see with contacts and a pair of glasses with my new prescription in them in less an hour!! Amazing customer service! I usually hate all glasses; not this time I love my new frames! Thank you to the entire team!! I will be back!

We were notified that there were open…
We were notified that there were open space and we could come early, when we arrived the staff was very nice adn polite. We were greeted while entering the store. Were where notified of the frame pricing as we asked questions. The tech was great he answered all questions and had a very plesent attitude. He smiled and enteracted with us through the entire appointment. My son was able to receive his glassess the same day which was a blessing.
The other female staff that was working was also amazing very plesent during our appointment.

Looks like my order was supposed to be mailed and shipped to my address. But we got emails and text notification that we had to come to the store to pick it up. There seems to be a misunderstanding. A service was good otherwise.
