The assistant who helped me. She was wonderful! The glasses were done that day because I had prior frames and we ordered a new pair of sunglasses for an incredible 99.00! I am going back for another pair of sunglasses. Apparently the deal is ongoing. Great experience all around👍

They had a BOGO sale on glasses They said something about $138 after the lady rang me up for the cheapest frames I could find The total was $1500. I said I never in my life paid that much money for two pairs of glasses then she knocked it down to $950.00 then I said Just let me buy the script and I'll be out the door with no glasses You didn't even ask me for my vision insurance Would you like to see it? Her comment was rude by saying You're actually going to leave here today without buying any glasses and just pay money for a script I said yes I am. Then she brought the total down to $138. The exam was the best part very thorough but the service is not so great

I placed an order on 3/21/26 and when I picked up the glasses on 3/30/26 they were the incorrect lenses. I went this week to pick up the glasses and was only able to get one pair as the other pair was not ready.

Great overall experience
Great overall experience! I have been wearing eye correction for 38 years, very nearsighted and my glasses are always expensive even with insurance. Yenny was very helpful when I came in looking for a new pair. She looked up my insurance coverage she helped me pick out the best frame for my face and the thick lenses that I would need to be rolled and Polished, she made my whole shopping experience very pleasurable and stress-free! This is one of the best glasses shopping experiences I've had in several years. I would highly recommend anybody to go to this Stanton Optical location and I will be back the next time I need another pair

Bad Service- stay away!
Spoke to manager Thai to find out what happened to my contact order. Apparently, it was sitting in the postal box for days. Asked him to refund my money. Still not done.
Had left messages and called many times to no avail.
On site Doctor was fantastic!
