Waited about two weeks for glasses got transitions go to pick up the glasses the prescription was wrong so they were sent back it’s been now a additional week and a half still no glasses mind you I spent over $400 with insurance not a good experience.

Waited forever during my exam
Waited forever during my exam. Employees were unprepared and unprofessional. I don’t think my prescription is accurate because glasses give me a headache when I wear them.

Nice place long waits
It was very easy to schedule an appointment however the turnaround time on sports goggles is a tad bit long and it was not explained to us that it would be that long

Testing not accurate
I thought that all the testing as things would be more accurate but my prescription is so wrong. I can’t see out of them and my eyes strain from just trying to adjust to whatever prescription I was told that I was.

Not terrible…
I wasn’t aware that the eye exam was hybrid and not in person. The selection of frames was good but could’ve been better for the 2 for $79. I was told that my glasses would be ready in an hour and a half but there was no follow up. A live person at the store was impossible to reach over the phone. I got a text the next day to pick them up. I also asked questions about putting lenses into my old frames. I was given a “ballpark” estimate and it was high. Not bad overall, but customer service could be better.

It was quick easy to schedule and very efficient. The doctor doing the exam was patient and friendly. Not only did I get the perfect prescription, there was a wonderful lady who helped me find the perfect frames. She helped me find the best deal and lenses. Even better, my glasses were ready much faster than promised. The gentleman man who gave me my glasses is an absolute gem and made my day. I’m glad I chose them.

Repair of Existing and A New Pair
Good experience! I lost a pair of glasses and had then remade. It took about a week or two and I was good to go. I got a new pair with my yearly exam. They were in a fews weeks after the replacement pair. I was treated well. They got me in and out without a long wait. Very professional!

Frustrated
Purchased glasses and lenses fell out return 2 times then they sent them out to let the lap cut and fit the lenses. Made 5 trips to return and pick up to just return again. Last time lap cut glasses, so far so good,and when they came in I ask if they would mail, for a cost of $10.00. I feel that they would have mailed them free. I wife drove me down to pick up so the cost of gas plus our time, wear and tear on the vehicle should have been enough that they could have taken care of the cost to mail. My trip is 49 miles one way.
