The reps are fantastic!!!. They took time for me and my girlfriend to get the best pair of glasses and contacts. It took a little bit for my insurance set up for then but the waiting and help me though it. They have new machines that make things easy and fast. I love these place ❤️.

My glasses wasn’t tinted and I paid for tint. The glasses is not working well. I’m coming to see your Austell Manager tomorrow and to return the glasses for a refund or you make a better specification. I already paid a fortune that would have been used for two glasses at my former optician than a single glasses that’s not working well.

Virtual eye exam was quick and easy
The virtual eye exam was fairly quick and easy. I was able to get in and out of the office in less than 1.5 hours. The staff and management were friendly and professional. However, I have to deduct a star because the store lacked top brand eye glasses frames and most offered were not of great quality. I had to return 3-4 times in a span of 5 weeks following my initial visit for a frame repair and subsequent replacement. The frame fractured twice in the exact same location. It appears the lens may have been too thick for the frames selected resulting in the formation of a small fracture that would later snap completely. Fortunately, the frames came with a warranty and I ultimately ended up switching the frame style altogether. Will see how long this new frame will last. Hopefully, it will make it past two weeks.

I really wasn't pleased with the…
I really wasn't pleased with the service at this location during this visit, no one seemed to know what to do and they offer same day service, but I had to wait over a week for my glasses just to go up there and only one of the two pair were ready. To make matters worse the manager didn't know where to find my 2nd pair of lenses. I told him I don't live close and that due to this confusion I'd like to have my glasses overnighted to me which means I should receive them by Friday. We will see because I didnt get a call today like he said I would.

The best eyeglasses
I am very happy with my eyeglasses. The frame and the light shade fit nicely giving privacy to my eyes.
The staff at the Austell location listened to my input and helped me very much. I couldn't have done it without them.
The entire process was easy and the wait time reasonable.
I am saving to get another pair.
