It was a bit confusing for the new equipment but I would recommend it for the customer service and the exam itself. It was more helpful than I expected with the way they coached me through it.

Everyone was nice
Everyone was nice. However, the signs are misleading and the buy one get one free frames weren't the prices lusted. Since the signs were literally everywhere, in every case of frames, one would assume that it applied to all of the frames. The frames I chose were both almost $500 each. I never saw any frames for the prices listed.

My wife and I asked for the buy one pair get second one free like we’ve always gotten and we only received one pair a piece. Not sure if we will ever return. Stanton doesn’t have the quality in service anymore.

everybody in there was nice and opened each conversation with a smile. nobody messed around they understood in and out without a moments hesitation. best part, amongst every pair of glasses Ive owned these ones let me see fully without any blur, other companies do so many dang tests they ruin my prescription in the long one but 3 tests and then 3 tests per eye for the exam and they got my prescription perfect.

The Worst
I received a text message that my eye glasses were ready for pick up. I drove an hour one way on 2/23/2026 to pick them up. They refused to give me the glasses because there was no optometrist on duty. They said they was going to mail the glasses to me but could not let me have them, go figure! It’s now 3/2/2026, a week and I haven’t received my glasses.
